The Doula service that Hannah and Cady provided was amazing from start to finnish: - multiple virtual sessions to help us get prepped, - quick, detailed and helpful whatsapp responses that put us at ease and helped us with making decisions on our birth plan - amazing support during early labor on whatsapp and calls until Hannah made it to the hospital when she really hit her stride - helping my wife ensure she achieved her main goal of a safe natural labor and birth without medication - the post partum visit was super helpful in putting us at ease with having a newborn at home and she didn't rush and spent hours covering so many things from breastfeeding, giving our son a bath, a many more things Lastly staying in the hospital for hours after the birth when my wife had to go into surgery and newborn into NICU (both unexpectedly). Although it was 2 am and Hannah had been with us for 12 hours, she stayed with me until my wife was out of surgery to check on her. What a woman! Obviously it goes without saying we would recommend Hannah to everyone, especially for those living in NYC who don't have grandparents that live nearby.”

    Digital resource guide with evidence based information and quick guides on everything from hospital packing to hand expression.

As your birth support team, I will talk about the level of communication needed, establish expectations, and work together to adopt preparatory practices that will serve you and your family best, as you prepare for baby(s).

This support extends throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey, regardless of the choices and circumstances that come up. Our ultimate goal is to support you, as a human. I believe any person who wants a doula should have one, regardless of financial resources.

This Birth Package will have you brimming with support and encouragement. You will have a highly experienced and connected doula with formal lactation training. I have supported 200+ families welcoming their babies into the world!!
